John DuRant

"The Old World Troubadour"

We met John at the Dobbin House (1776) in Gettysburg PA where a grand time was had by all. Now, John doesn't use or endorse Whirlwind gear - we tried but just couldn't figure out how to get him to "plug in" with Whirlwind cables and still look authentic!

John is a perennial strolling and stage performer at restaurants, cafés, coffee houses, taverns, street festivals . . . about any place people gather for entertainment. His shows are more than singing and playing, they are entertainment in the true historical troubadour style. John's performances range from "Jonathan Strum's Naughty Adult Ditties" to his seven years as host of the award winning "Troubadour Show" on Frederick Cable Television.

Dressed in authentic period-costumes, the Old World Troubadour's presentations are both educational and entertaining!
