"2 Piece 3-Way Split"
Above is a custom splitter built for
On Stage Audio
of Elk Grove Village, Illinois. It consists of two engraved panels with back boxes.
The left panel contains XLR microphone inputs, which are also duplicated with
W1 multipin sub snake inputs.
The right panel contains XLR outputs and ground lift switches for isolated
split #1, a W4 MASS connector output for the direct out and another W4 MASS connector
output for iso split #2.
Individual ground lift switches are also provided for each channel on iso
split #2. The panels are designed so that they may be installed on opposite sides of a
rack and are interconnected with hardwired multipair cable. This allows the mics
to be iput on the rear of the rack while giving the operator access to all outputs
on the front.
