RACK PANELS
Whirlwind offers rack panels in EIA 19" standard sizes from 1.75" to
10.5"
high.
These panels are available blank or prepunched with 10,
12, 24, or 36 holes
for Whirlwind WC Series XLR, 1/4" connectors,
or Neutrik D Series and a
two-rack space panel is manufactured with 2,
4, or 6 Speakon or EP connector
holes.
Panels are made of .090" thick 5052 aluminum with bent flanges for rigidity
and have a brushed black anodized finish.
Hinged panels are flat, made of .125" thick 5052 aluminum and have a brushed
black anodized finish. Panels can also be custom engraved.

RACK PANELS WITH BACK BOXES
|
You may form enclosed units by ordering back boxes attached
to the flanged
rack panels listed above. Except for R-1 and PR-1,
product numbers are formed
by HB + panel number (e.g. HBPR-2).

MDSPL COVER PLATES
The MDSPL is a small black plate for covering unused
XLR holes in boxes and
panels.
The MDSPLND provides a covering for Neutrik "D" holes.
The MDSPL 1/4" has a 1/2" round
hole to facilitate mounting a Switchcraft #11
(1/4") jack with isolation
washers.
The MDSPLEH provides a black plate for covering an EP
or NL8MPR connector
hole.

RS-U

These shelves are built from one piece of steel for durability,
and finished
with a textured baked black finish.
RS-1
an 11" deep, single space unit that can support up to 35lbs.
RS-2
a two-space shelf, 14 3/4" deep, that can support up to 50lbs.
RS-U
a 10" deep single space with universal punch patterns.

RACK HARDWARE KIT
|
The RMH-100 is a bag of 100 10-32 x 3/4" black screws with
non-isolating nylon washers to mount and protect equipment
in standard 19" racks and protect the faceplates from marks
caused by screw heads.
