The splitter pictured on the left is a very good example of how our laser engraving process works on aluminum. The black lettering is actually burned right into the surface of the metal. This is an improvement over screened graphics because of its durability - you'd actually have to grind down the metal to remove it! |

This rear view shows the quality of the wiring from the MASS connectors to
Whirlwind/ADC MASS punch blocks.
Once the panel is ready for install, the connections can be quickly made with a
punchdown tool.
This system ensures rapid, strong, gastight terminations without cumbersome and tedious soldering. Also, future configuration changes or repairs can be accomplished by simply removing connections and re-punching. |
